FROM ASSESSMENT TO TRAINING
Reaction. Attention. Decisions. Start with six free tests, discover your starting point and choose your next step.
Registration required. No purchase or payment card needed.

01 / YOUR STARTING POINT
You do not have to choose a program straight away. Explore the platform and complete your baseline assessment first.
Register as an athlete and tell us your sport and experience level.
Each test starts with instructions and practice trials so you can understand the task.
Review each test result, your overall score and any awards you earned.
Your results stay in your profile. A training program is an optional next step.
02 / SKILLS IN YOUR SPORT
Picture this: you spot an opponent’s movement, find an open teammate and choose your move while the play is still unfolding. Reaction, memory and attention all play a part. Here is why they matter.
Spot the signal. Start your move.
When the ball changes direction, there is little time to prepare. Reaction speed is about how quickly you begin responding to a signal: a first step, a hand movement or a shift in body position.
A goalkeeper responds to a deflection; a tennis player reacts to a change in the ball’s direction.
How quickly you tap after a visual signal.
Act when it is right. Hold back when it is not.
In sport, speed needs control. Recognizing the right cue and stopping an impulsive response are part of choosing when to make your move.
A defender holds back on a feint and waits for the cue to challenge.
How quickly and accurately you respond to a GO signal and withhold a tap on a NO-GO signal.
Keep a picture of the game in mind.
You cannot look everywhere at once. Visual memory helps you retain the positions of teammates, opponents and space after you shift your gaze.
A midfielder scans before receiving the ball and remembers where an open teammate was a moment ago.
How accurately you remember and recall object locations.
Keep track of several movements at once.
The ball, teammates and opponents move at the same time. Divided attention matters when you need to keep track of several players as the situation changes.
A basketball player tracks their assignment and other opponents as an attack develops.
Whether you can keep track of designated objects as they move among others.
Find an opening in the action.
In a busy passage of play, you need to find what matters now: an open teammate, the ball or space. Visual search is about picking out what you need among many competing details.
A rugby player looks for a gap between defenders to keep the attack moving.
How quickly and accurately you find a target among similar items.
Keep your focus on what matters.
Not every movement around you needs a response. Selective attention helps you focus on the relevant cue and filter out information that distracts from the task.
A tennis player focuses on the ball and preparing a shot despite movement beyond the court.
How accurately you choose the ink color when the word suggests a different answer.
Take the six tests and see your results. Pro gives you 18 sessions with ball drills, visual cues and coordination tasks. Combine this practice with training in your sport and compare your results throughout the program.
Compare repeat assessments on the same device and under similar conditions. A test score is not a medical assessment or a guarantee of performance on the field.

04 / FROM RESULTS TO PRACTICE
You train your body for the game. Give your attention, reactions and coordination a place in your routine too. Pro turns your starting results into a clear practice plan: open the workout, watch the demonstration and work through the exercises.
For athletes who want a clear training structure and prefer to work independently. Know what to practice, how to perform it and when to check your progress.
Choose Pro if you are comfortable following video instructions on your own. Personal technique feedback is included in the mentor format.
Buy ProFor athletes who want the same complete Pro program with guidance from its creator. Ask Anton Shashero about your training, share your technique and get feedback throughout six weeks.
Your additional payment covers personal support, not a different exercise library. You follow the same Pro program; a fully individual training plan is arranged separately.
Buy Pro with a mentorYou can start for free now. Take your baseline tests for free or buy Pro now. Register or sign in to purchase; you can complete your baseline assessment after payment.
One-time program price. No subscription. Equipment is not included. Pro requires tennis balls, a wall and space to move; some exercises also need a partner and colored markers.
Build control first, then add more demanding catches, color decisions and juggling. Repeat the weekly exercises across three sessions to practice them consistently.
Double Catch, Drop Ball and Bounce + Catch. Practice following two balls and noticing a release before reacting.
Catch with the opposite hand and work with two balls. Add a choice of action to your visual control.
One-hand juggling, left/right cues and catches after a turn. Practice finding the ball and selecting your response.
Wall juggling and color-cued catches. Identify the called ball while both balls are moving.
Two-ball floor juggling, Colors Under and Fast Catch Central Vision. Combine rhythm, color decisions and tracking.
Three-ball juggling, Side Colors and Fast Catch Peripheral Vision. Finish the program and compare your final assessment with your baseline.
Three sessions per week, with rest days in between.
Sets and repetitions for every exercise. The timer is optional.
Reassess after every six sessions before moving to the next block.
06 / FOR YOUR SPECIFIC GOALS
For coaches, clubs and athletes who need a tailored approach. Tell us about your sport, level and goals, and we will discuss the program and terms.
Individual athlete program: $500 for 4 weeks. The format and content are agreed personally. Teams receive a separate proposal.
07 / BEFORE YOU START
After registering, you can complete a six-test baseline assessment, view your results and save them in your profile. No program purchase is required.
Choose Pro for a complete plan you can follow independently. Choose Pro with mentor if you want to ask Anton questions, show him your exercise technique and receive personal feedback during the six weeks. The training content is the same.
Open the session, watch the exercise video and follow its sets or repetitions. Rest as instructed, then mark the exercise complete. There are three workouts per week; allow extra time for rest and learning new movements. The timer is optional.
First, establish your baseline. During the program, reassessments unlock after 6, 12 and 18 completed sessions. They follow your completed training, not calendar dates. Complete each reassessment before the next block.
