Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

The personal data controller is Ukrainian sole proprietor ФОП Лашко Юлія Олександрівна, taxpayer number 3621107529, at 7 Patriotiv Street, apartment 2, Kyiv, 03061, Ukraine. Privacy enquiries: shashero10@gmail.com; WhatsApp +48 501 820 398. This policy covers neurospeed.pro and app.neurospeed.pro.

2. Information we process

Account information: name, email, securely stored password representation, role, session and recovery data. Profile information you provide: age, sport, level, position, country, team and athlete code. Training information: completed exercises and sessions, dates and progress. Assessments: responses, accuracy, reaction times, errors, results and awards. Not all profile fields are mandatory.

Purchases: format, amount, currency, order number and status, payment identifier and accepted terms version. We do not store full card details or CVV codes; the payment provider processes them. Support and mentoring: messages, contact details and videos you choose to send. Do not include other people in videos without an appropriate basis.

Operating and securing the service may involve IP addresses, request and error logs, access times and browser information. Technique videos are not used for advertising or publication without separate permission.

3. Purposes and grounds

We process necessary information to create accounts, provide the purchased program and support, save results, confirm payments, handle refunds and assist users. Grounds include entering into and performing the contract, legal obligations and lawful protection of the service and parties’ rights. Optional activities requiring consent are subject to a separate request. Accepting purchase terms is not consent to marketing emails.

Scores and awards are calculated automatically from test performance. They help compare your own results and are not a medical assessment, employment decision or determination of sporting fitness.

4. Coaches and players

A coach creates player profiles within their team and can view those results. These players do not have separate logins. The coach must appropriately inform players and, where required, their guardians, and have a lawful basis for entering the data. An independent athlete account is not automatically shared with coaches. Player data questions can be directed to the coach or to us.

For minors, participation and data provision must be authorized by a guardian where required by law. If a child’s information has been entered without an appropriate basis, contact us so we can review and correct or remove it as appropriate.

5. Service providers and sharing

Platform providers include Vercel for hosting and protected video storage, Neon/PostgreSQL for the database and Resend for service emails such as password recovery. For Monopay payments, АТ «УНІВЕРСАЛ БАНК» and the payment infrastructure process payment information. WhatsApp or Telegram may be used at the user’s choice for communication, under their own privacy policies.

Providers receive information needed for their functions. Their infrastructure may be outside Ukraine; transfers must rely on appropriate contractual and lawful grounds. We do not sell personal data. Disclosure to competent authorities may occur when legally required.

6. Cookies and local preferences

Cookies support sign-in and session security; browser storage holds language and interface preferences. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in. This policy does not authorize advertising trackers. If such trackers are introduced, we will provide separate information and seek consent where required.

7. Retention and protection

Account, progress and result data are retained while needed for the account and performance of the contract. The end of one-year video access does not itself delete result history. After a deletion request, unnecessary processing is stopped; specific payment, refund, dispute and legal obligation records may be retained for statutory periods or as justified by the relevant purpose. Information no longer needed is subject to deletion or anonymization.

We use encrypted connections, role-based access controls and video entitlement checks. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Your rights and policy changes

You may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, objection to processing or withdrawal of consent where consent is the relevant ground. The scope of rights and lawful exceptions depend on applicable law. We may proportionately verify your identity but will not ask for passwords or CVV codes. Requests are handled within applicable legal deadlines. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or another competent authority.
