Refund policy

1. Our 14-day guarantee

We refund the full program amount paid to the provider if your request is sent within 14 calendar days of confirmed purchase. No reason is required. Watching videos, starting workouts, taking assessments or using mentor support does not remove this guarantee. It covers both formats; we do not deduct the cost of mentor support already used during this period.

2. How to request a refund

Email shashero10@gmail.com or message +48 501 820 398 on WhatsApp: “I would like a refund for my NeuroSpeed program.” Include your account email, purchase date and order number if available. We can help locate the payment without an order number. Do not send passwords, CVV codes or full card numbers. We may ask for proportionate verification that you are the purchaser.

3. Timing and method

We make refunds without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the request. Normally we use the original payment method; another method can be agreed with the buyer. We do not charge a refund fee. The posting of funds also depends on your bank. If you paid with a card in another currency, your bank determines conversion; we return the full UAH amount paid to us.

Once a full refund is confirmed, paid workouts, videos and mentor support for that purchase become unavailable. Your account and saved assessment results are not automatically deleted. You can make a separate data deletion request.

4. Problems after 14 days

The 14-day guarantee adds to, rather than replaces, statutory rights. Contact us after that period too if access was not provided, digital content does not match the agreed terms, a charge was duplicated or promised mentor support is missing. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a remedy may include fixing the issue, a proportionate price reduction or a partial or full refund. This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
